Our Team Building is not your typical feel good for the moment experience!

Elite Maui Team Building LLC. was conceptualized and subsequently developed tapping into Ralph Thomas’ 22+ years of working as an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) specialist and mediator in both military and civilian venues.   

 

While assessing hundreds of human relations climates and coaching senior leaders through addressing these concerns, it became clear that areas that had higher positive ratings in communication(s) resulted in fewer employees going to outside sources to address their concerns.  Additionally, Ralph discovered a reoccurring trend: An overwhelming amount (60%-80%) workplace complainants involved ‘communication’ as the root cause.

With this knowledge, Ralph set out to design and develop a viable tool to assist workplaces improve teams within organizations to reach their maximum potential by facilitating meaningful dialog, gathering concerns and rallying the team members involved to create their own solid solutions.
